The aim of this blog

This blog aims to open a window into the ethnographic research carried out at Labayru Fundazioa. Our active research group works jointly with Etniker Euskalerria Groups, and all fieldwork information gathered is brought together and sifted at Labayru Fundazioa Ethnography Department to be later compiled and edited. The Ethnographic Atlas of the Basque Country collection is good proof of it.

Anybody with an interest in ethnography is welcome, regardless of the subject of investigation or the geographic field of study. As well as cultural promotion, the purpose of this blog is to attract a wide range of followers in order to address more ambitious future projects from a collaborative point of view.
